Drag the coloured handles in the capture. G, S and R switch between move, size and turn. Ctrl+Z and Ctrl+Shift+Z step back and forward, Ctrl+C and Ctrl+V copy a volume and paste it exactly where it was, Ctrl+D does both at once, and Delete removes the selected volume.

Something broken, something missing, or an idea for the archive. It reaches whoever keeps it, with your name and the address on your account, so an answer can come back to you.

What members have written

Every message members have sent, newest first. Opening one shows it in full. Marking it read or flagged is recorded against your account, and the text itself can never be edited, here or anywhere.

Invite members

Paste one address or a whole list. Everyone gets the same role and the same message, and each gets a personal link that expires in 14 days. An address that already has an account is given the role straight away.

Separate addresses with commas, spaces or new lines - up to 50 at a time.

The front door

Anyone who signs up becomes a Viewer: they read the whole archive and may add places of their own, which wait in Contributions before anybody else sees them. This decides only whether a new account must confirm its email address first. Google accounts are confirmed by Google and are never asked.

Straight in also needs Confirm email switched off in Supabase → Authentication → Providers → Email. Supabase is what issues the session; this switch is what the archive does with it. Set here and not there, and new accounts will still be sent a confirmation link.

Turning confirmation back on never reaches back: anyone admitted while the door was open keeps their account exactly as it is.

Shared archive

All approved members see the same live places, captures, and saved trips. Access follows the role assigned by the owner.

Full backup

One ZIP with everything in the archive: places, captures and trips with their coordinates, descriptions, spatial notes and camera paths; every photograph and 3D capture file; drone missions; members’ notes; settings and the member list. Restoring it puts all of it back, keeping who added what and when, and never deletes anything that is not in the backup.
